I stumbled upon these by accident on my phone. With my new Xperia Z1, I have lots of space for games like these. I played the first couple minutes of season 1, and wow, it is just like the console version. I didn't notice much (if any) down play. They may have taken a couple things out of the background, but for the most part, it's just the same look and feel as the console.
